Well, I’m about 30 weeks along now– only 10 more to go… yikes! We finally got around to clearing out the last of Rich’s office stuff to make room for the nursery and have begun renovations. So far so good, and everything is coming along nicely. Click here to check out our progress.

But don’t feel too bad for Rich– we are relocating his office to the living room. We just ordered a new computer armoire to replace the tv/entertainment center, and we compromised by replacing the old tv with a new plasma flat screen (in the interest of saving space, of course)- YAY!

Besides that, we have also started at least half a dozen other projects around the house that remain unfinished. There are still rooms to be painted, baseboards to be put up, furniture to be ordered, etc. So here I am, well into my 3rd trimester, and I am freaking out- lol!

As for the pregnancy, things are going well. I’m feeling pretty good, despite the fact that I have now gained about 30 lbs (here’s a pic of me @ 30wks) and my back is constantly killing me! But I can feel baby Alex moving quite forcefully now and despite keeping me up at night, the novelty has still not worn off. I am still in awe that there is a little life growing inside of me and cherish every little kick the little guy makes.
